Joe Jackson confirms Omer Bhatti is Michael’s son in an interview with NewsOne.com/TV One Interview.

Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson have finally settled custody issues. Although Katherine will be the guardian of Michael’s children, Debbie will still maintain her parental rights except for with Blanket. Rowe will get an uncertain amount visitation with the 2 children she had with Michael. The children will have a psychologist to help them adjust to Rowe being in their lives, per request of Debbie.

Method Man and Redman vent on Nas and Kelis’s recent spousal and child support case. In the video they go as far as saying: “What the kids don’t understand is the air they breathing. The lights. The cable. The Mortgage. All that falls on Daddy’s shoulders. Not to mention he has to pay that stanking [insert curse words] that he don’t even [mess with] anymore to look good for some other [dude]. This [stuff] is crazy and any chick that does that [stuff] is foul….”

WBC junior middleweight champion and 1992 Olympian Vernon Forrest was shot and killed Saturday during an attempted carjacking.

Forrest and his Godson were at an Atlanta gas station while Vernon was putting air in the tires of his Jaguar when at least 2 males tried to steak his car. Vernon had a gun and attempted to chase the men. When Vernon gave up on the chase and turned around he was then fatally assaulted by 7 to 8 bullets in his back via a semi-automatic gun.

The general description of the killers are 2 black men in a red Monte Carlo.

There is an eery twist to the story that news agents aren’t reporting. Courtesy of Necole Bitchie, Vernon’s twitter contained an odd tweet logged about a week from his murder. “Man, I had a nightmare last nite I dreamt I came home and found 4 guys were breaking into my house. I pull my heater and it was empty they chased me and was about to shoot me then I woke up. The 1st thing I did was get my heater and make sure it was loaded. That dream will not come true,” @vernonforrest.

A question that keeps coming up is if the carjackers knew it was Vernon or if they just picked someone randomly.

Regardless, RIP Vernon. I’d like to send my condolences to his family and friends.

Chris and Rihanna are back together???

Now they were BOTH spotted at the same luxury hotel last weekend. Neither of them had business in NY that would bring them at the same time, to the same city, nonetheless the same hotel. Hmmmmm….The two tried to down play their stays complete with an act that would have Double 007 shaking his head in confusion. Brown was spotted before he left to head for Harlem to visit a childhood friend. Rihanna’s car sped away at 10pm. An hour later, Brown returned and checked into the hotel because “Rihanna was there,” sources tell. “Chris and friends” leave the hotel to go the movies. Meanwhile, 2 hours later “Rihanna and friends” left to eat at the Philipe restaurant. The two even went as far to ride in seperate cars and had a entourage of cars to throw off any suspicions.

Now one part in Chris’ plea bargain that is keeping him out of jail is that he must stay 50 yards away from Rihanna or 10 yards if they’re at the same music-industry event. If he is found to have violated the order (even if Rihanna consents) he will risk blowing his plea bargain and being charged with a misdemeanor.

I doubt this will be the last time the two will be seen together despite their ruling on staying away from each other.

Despite reports that claim MJ died at the hospital, the paramedics are saying differently. Paramedics are now saying that Michael was dead when paramedics arrived to his house. They wanted to pronounce him dead at the scene, since there was no electrical activity in his heart and no signs of life in Jackson, but Dr. Conrad McMurray overruled them. McMurray had the power to overrule them because he was a higher medical authority.

The story gets weirder. Paramedics did not realize it was Michael Jackson for 10 minutes. To them he appeared to be a “frail, old sickly man”.

Na Na Na Na Nana. That’s prolly what Kelis is taunting ex husband and baby daddy Nas with right now. The battle over the child and spousal support has been determined and Kelis has been declared the winner. Instead of the $5000 Nas wanted to pay the judge ruled that he has to pay close to $40,000 in monthly support. The exact breakdown of everything he has to pay via The Associated Press is:

*$30,471 in spousal support
*$9,027 in child support
*$45,000 for Kelis’ lawyer

Nas also has to pay for the baby’s nurse, prenatal expenses, and medical insurance.

Officials are starting to reduce some of the mystery around Michael Jackson’s untimely death due to the autopsy results. It has not been officially released but it rumored to be an OVERDOSE. Officials have been led to conclude it was an OD because of Jackson’s numerous needle marks on his body and traces of potentially lethal amounts of Propofol in the singers system. (Propofol is a strong anesthetic given via IV-which would explain the needle marks- and leaves the patient in a comatose state.)

Part II of the story: Feds raided Dr. Conrad Murray’s office. Murray is obviously a suspect because of his lack of certification in his field and because he was the last person to seen Michael Jackson alive.
