Chris and Rihanna are back together???
Now they were BOTH spotted at the same luxury hotel last weekend. Neither of them had business in NY that would bring them at the same time, to the same city, nonetheless the same hotel. Hmmmmm….The two tried to down play their stays complete with an act that would have Double 007 shaking his head in confusion. Brown was spotted before he left to head for Harlem to visit a childhood friend. Rihanna’s car sped away at 10pm. An hour later, Brown returned and checked into the hotel because “Rihanna was there,” sources tell. “Chris and friends” leave the hotel to go the movies. Meanwhile, 2 hours later “Rihanna and friends” left to eat at the Philipe restaurant. The two even went as far to ride in seperate cars and had a entourage of cars to throw off any suspicions.
Now one part in Chris’ plea bargain that is keeping him out of jail is that he must stay 50 yards away from Rihanna or 10 yards if they’re at the same music-industry event. If he is found to have violated the order (even if Rihanna consents) he will risk blowing his plea bargain and being charged with a misdemeanor.
I doubt this will be the last time the two will be seen together despite their ruling on staying away from each other.

Why has the media decided to make 2 kids dating news? Who cares what these children are doing? If this young lady is silly enough to want to be with someone that would punch her like a man, and even bite and choke her - then let her go for it! Don’t let the public be punished by having to hear about every move they make. Geesh, they make songs. This mess gets more publicity than their songs.

Bottomline, this was a fight that got out of control. They are young and obviously still care for each other. The media took this story and ran with it. This boy has no record, has never been violent before, and Rhianna stated that she was hitting him first. We as the black community helped the media destroy this boy. Do we really need another young black man in jail, not a career criminal, but a young black man with the possibility of a future. Yes, he was wrong and he should have walked away. But, he is young and foolish. He has accepted guilt for his part, apologized, and will be punished by a court of law. So, if they want to be together,who are we to judge them. Pray that both of them receive the help they need and become productive citizens again. Let’s move forward and forgive, maybe not forget, but forgive. Stop trying to control their lives, how about we look in the mirror at our own lives. He is not the person that hurt you. He is not the face of domestic violence over 1 incident. He is the face of a young black man who grew up in an abusive home, had a volitile relationship, and now needs a chance to move past this.

Now first of all I agree,this is a situation that was blown up by media- but really - they ARE famous and in the limelight- so what you do in public is going to be very public. And the extent of the actual incident was not minor. So that is whay media gobbled it up and so did the audiences. Is he the face of domestic abuse? Honestly- it does not have a face. It can be happening and you never know. My issue is that people keep saying “their young”- what does that matter- it does not make it ok to beat your significant other because you disagree with a situation. How many times is this situation taking place in high schools and junior high schools around th country and no one really looks into it because we say- oh they are young. Maybe, since they are old enough to have sex, vote, drive, spend money, make money, dress themselves, travel without their parents, and so many other adult things then maybe they are old enough to know that beating someone is WRONG. We teach this lesson when they are two and three years old. So let us stop sending the message to young girls and boys that money makes it ok to do otherwise unexcusable behavior. Let us not send this message to the self-esteem of our children.

Rachel, I agree with you. He said he was wrong and he is being punished by a court of law, as well as, the public. How many times will he need to apologize and grovel before it is okay for him to get help and move on. You are also right, we should teach our children how to behave. But, this is not a normal situation. This is a young boy that grew up in a violent home. Of course, this is not an excuse and he should have known better. But, how much experience does he have in relationships. Think about it. He was 19, she was 20. I think this should be a lesson to girls and boys. Everyone including girls should keep their hands to themselves. We teach boys not to hit girls, but girls should not hit boys either. Violence is never the answer in any case. Let’s move forward and teach our children that their parents are their role models, not entertainers. It’s their job to entertain us, not teach us life lessons.

OK speaking from experience my daughter her friend came home every thing was fine she started hitting on him he walks away she goes and finds him ok 4 a while then he started hitting on her our whole family got involved voicing our opions telling her and him this is not the life ,we talked cryed to no avail,the more we tryed to keep them apart the more they snuck around and found ways to be together,they now have a set of twins,love them madly,today my daughter and r not speaking ,so what i’m saying the more you talk and try to keep them apart the more they r going to find ways to be together.The courts says that they can’be 50 yards and 10 yards and look so lets’s move on let them be and praythat tthis does not happen again…….

COME ON THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND WILL NOT BE THE LAST TIME THAT THEY WILL BE SEEN TOGETHER THEY ARE YOUNG THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO LET THEM BE ALL WE CAN DO IS PRAY FOR THEM BOTH.BUT THE MORE WE TRY TO GET IN THIER BUSSINESS THE MORE THEY ARE GOING TO HIDE TO BE TOGETHER,I THINK THE NEXT THING IS GOING TO BE THEY GOT MARRIEND OR SHE IS PREGNAT
