CHRIS BROWN GETS KUDOS FROM JUDGE
Finally, somebody thinks that Chris Brown is doing something right. Brown appeared in front of a judge on Thursday, who weighed in on how he’s been doing meeting the terms of his probation. And Judge Patricia M. Schnegg thinks that Brown is doing just great. Better ride the praise, Chris. We know it’s hard to come by these days. Speaking to Brown, Judge Schnegg said, “We have a progress report and it’s extremely favorable. That’s excellent.” That means that Brown has been doing an “excellent” job completing his community service - which the judge previously made clear was more community “labor” than service - having already completed over 100 hours of labor, as well as seven mandatory domestic violence sessions. He’s also already paid off the fines and court fees he owed. While that may seem like a lot, Brown has a long way to go. He has been sentenced to over 1400 hours of labor. In other words, just another 1300 hours, and he can call it a day.
